Machine structure and features
- LT series dehydrator consists of three-legged machine base, 304 stainless steel barrel, motor, centrifugal clutch, brake and other components.
- The shell and liner are all made of national standard 304 stainless steel, the inner surface is hard and smooth, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean.
- The main shaft is made of high-quality solid steel, and it adopts a combination of double bearings. The bearings are located in the taper of the dehydration chamber to ensure stable operation, reduce wear and save power;
- Lantian brand dehydrator adopts an independent motor, which is driven by a triangular belt. It is equipped with a centrifugal starting flange. The machine starts slowly and has high braking efficiency. Manual braking can make the drum stop quickly, which can avoid the spindle from braking subject to torque;
- The three-legged suspension swing machine base can avoid the ground vibration caused by the unbalanced load in the drum; the outlet pipe is under the base, which can be connected to the water pipe and the sink for drainage;
