working principle

The control water tank is the supporting facility of DHZ430 Centrifuge. It is used to supply clean control water to centrifuge in stable pressure, to assure centrifuge regularly open up the piston to discharge the sludge during the separation. Since the passageway for control water is narrow, the control water must be clean, without dirt, to avoid block the hole. Because if the hole is block, the piston can’t work normally, that means the centrifuge can’t separate the fish oil. It is fully Stainless Steel.

Structure

The control water tank consists of tank body, multi-stage centrifugal pump and drain valve.

⑴. The tank is full closed rectangular structure with top cover. The water is stock inside the tank. There is sponge strainer is fixed in the middle to assure the water filtered before entering into the centrifuge.

⑵. The multi-stage pump fixed outside the tank body is used to supply the water with certain pressure into the Centrifuge.

⑶. The drain valve fixed at the outlet of multi-stage pump is used to keep the control water pressure around 0.25Mpa, so as to assure the Centrifuge sludging normally.
