Working Principle

In some countries and regions, the raw fish size is large, which will result in some problem, such as ⑴. Make transportation difficult and the feed-in uneven. ⑵. Reduce Cooking efficient that can’t assure the raw fish cooked, and Cooker capacity reduced.

In order to avoid above problem, we can install the Crusher to cut the fish that longer than 20cm into small pieces, so as to assure the material uniform and feed-in evenly.
The crusher is composed of a rotor with regularly arranged blades and a frame structure with fixed blades. The rotor is directly driven by a motor through a coupling to rotate. When the raw fish with large shape enters from the inlet, the fish is cut into small uniform and even pieces by the mutual cutting effect between the moving blades on the rotor and the fixed blades on the fixed frame, and discharged continuously from the outlet.
