working principle

Due to the technical limitations of the Waste Vapor Evaporator, the solid content of the concentrates can only reach about 30%, that is, the water content is as high as 70%. If the concentrates with about 30% solid content is mixed with the press cake and dried into fish meal products in the Drier, it will certainly increase the workload of the Drier and affect the daily processing capacity of fish meal. In addition, due to the extended drying time, the color, smell and fiber of finished fish meal will be affected.
