working principle
Air cooling condenser is mainly composed of tube bundle, axial fan and frame. Its working principle: Cooker and Drier will produce a large amount of waste vapor of 90℃~100℃ in the production process. The waste vapor is sent to the tube of the Air Cooling Condenser through the Blower. The waste vapor in the tube transfers the heat energy to the fin on the side of the tube, and then the heat energy on the fin is taken away by the fan. When the high temperature waste vapor passes through the Air Cooling Condenser, part of the waste vapor releases heat and condenses into water, which is transported to the supporting sewage treatment station through the pipeline and discharged after being treated to reach the standard.
