working principle

In order to meet the different requirements of customers on the protein content of finished fishmeal, we developed a Fishmeal Mixer to achieve the purpose of obtaining the fishmeal with same protein content. The Fishmeal Mixer is available in two models of six axes and eight axes for customers to choose, with a feeding capacity of more than 20 tons at a time. The finished fishmeal with different protein content is alternately sent to the feeding port, the screw conveyor will sent the material to the inlet of the Bucket Elevator. The hopper of the Elevator continuously delivers the finished fishmeal to the top of the Mixer, and then the material is sent to the mixing silo through the pusher conveyor of the Mixer. The material entering the silo is fully stirred by six / eight axes at the bottom, so that the material with uniform protein content is obtained. In order to obtain the material with completely uniform protein content, the material can also be sent to the bucket elevator for the second time through the discharge conveyor of the Mixer, so as to obtain more uniform material.
