working principle
The purpose of heating the raw fish is mainly to sterilize and solidify the protein, and at the same time release the oil composition in the body fat of the fish, so as to create conditions for entering the next pressing process. Cooker is used to steam raw fish and is the main component of a complete fishmeal plant. It consists of a cylindrical shell and a spiral shaft with steam heating. The cylindrical shell is equipped with a steam jacket and the spiral shaft and the spiral blades on the shaft have a hollow structure with steam passing inside.
The raw material enters the machine from the feed port, is heated by the spiral shaft and the spiral blades and the steam jacket, and moves forward slowly under the push of the blades. As the raw material cooks, the volume of the material is gradually reduced, and is constantly stirred and turned, and finally is continuously discharged from the discharge port.
