working principle
The purpose of heating the raw fish is mainly to sterilize and solidify the protein, and at the same time release the oil composition in the body fat of the fish, so as to create conditions for entering the next pressing process. As the raw material cooks, the volume of the material is gradually reduced, and is constantly stirred and turned, and finally is continuously discharged from the discharge port.
