working principle

The cylindrical shell is equipped with a steam jacket and the spiral shaft and the spiral blades on the shaft have a hollow structure with steam passing inside.

The raw material enters the machine from the feed port, is heated by the spiral shaft and the spiral blades and the steam jacket, and moves forward slowly under the push of the blades. As the raw material cooks, the volume of the material is gradually reduced, and is constantly stirred and turned, and finally is continuously discharged from the discharge port.
