working principle
The stick water or fish water must be preheated before feed into the Centrifuge. The heating temperature could be 90℃~95℃, which is good for sludge removal, as well as oil-water separation. The function of heating tanks is as follows.
⑴ Stock the stick water or fish water, by means of altitude difference, automatically and regularly flow into Tricanter or Centrifuge, so as to assure the machinery running normally and full-load;
⑵ Indirectly heated by steam to insure good separation;
⑶ Fitting with agitator, to make the inside liquid mixing thoroughly and even, in order to assure the separation continuous and stable.
