Dehumidifier Filter is an important process in the deodorization system. The Dehumidifier Filter is designed with two layers inside and outside, and the inner layer is placed with PP multi-faceted hollow spheres packing. The waste vapor enters the Dehumidifier Filter from the upper part and passes through the PP multi-faceted hollow spheres packing layer, which increases the staying time of the waste vapor and strengthens the effect of dehumidification.

PP multi-faceted hollow spheres made of polypropylene plastic ball, has excellent chemical resistance, large voidage characteristics, and also has high gas velocity, multi-blade, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, large specific surface area, small resistance and other characteristics.The function of PP multi-faceted hollow sphere is to help various environmental protection equipment in purifying waste vapor and waste water. As a new type of environmental filler, it has good effect on the treatment of waste vapor and waste water, and is widely used in environmental protection equipment such as water vapor removal, chlorine removal, oxygen removal and carbon dioxide gas removal.

The Dehumidifier Filter is fully made of SUS304 Stainless Steel, with good corrosion proof and long service time. Adopting with lifting lug design, convenient for product lifting, transportation and installation. The connection between the waste vapor inlet and outlet and the deodorizing pipeline is made of flange structure and fixed with bolts instead of being directly welded, which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance.
