The Frozen-fish crusher adopt with harden gear reducer to reduce the rotating speed. The gears of hardened gear reducer are made of high strength low carbon alloy steel by carburizing and quenching, with the advantage of high strength, high precision, good contact, high transmission efficiency, smooth operation, low noise; small volume, light weight, long service lifetime, high load capacity; easy to disassemble and inspect, easy to install.

Frozen fish crusher has single shaft and double shaft design.
The working principle of single-shaft frozen fish crusher: The motor drives the hardened gear box, then the inner shaft rotates through the coupling, and the high strength alloy blades on the shaft interact with the fixed high strength alloy blades, aiming at crushing process.

The working principle of double shafts frozen fish crusher: The motor drives the hardened gear reducer, and then drives the main shaft to rotate through the coupling. Due to the interaction of a pair of synchronous meshing gears on the main and slave shafts, the two shafts produce relative rotational movement in an opposite direction, aiming at the crushing process of Frozen-fish crusher.
