Single screw press adopts SUS304 stainless steel variable diameter spindle, variable pitch spiral blade adopts 25mm thickness SUS304 stainless steel.
Low alloy plate is used for the frame, and SUS304 stainless steel material is used for the contact parts of materials such as the spindle housing, collecting hopper, feeding hopper, net frame and so on.

Although the existing screw presses are very widely used, it is difficult for a single type of screw press to adapt to the diversity of materials, because of the various materials that need to be squeezed and dehydrated for solid-liquid separation. This leads to the multi-industry distribution of screw press production enterprises and strong pertinence, which can not meet the solid-liquid separation in general sense.

The screw press developed by our company is a new type of single screw press with superior dehydration dryness, which is composed of a frame, a fixed screen mesh, a movable screen frame, a spiral shaft, an inlet and outlet hopper, a cover shell, a driving device and a hydraulic system. The screen adopts single-layer screen plate and the hole on the screen plate is a cone hole structure, which is more conducive to the discharge of free liquid from the hole and prevent material blockage. By monitoring and automatically controlling the torque of the spiral shaft in real time, the optimum dryness and stability of the material at the outlet is guaranteed, so as to meet the different requirements of customers. The press also can be used for dehydration treatment of food waste and other organic matter which is rich in water content and high perishable material.
